The bond is 4 x weeks rent which is lodged with NSW Rental Bond Board.

Yes, all of our apartments are NBN. (govt charges may apply for NBN)

Yes, most of our apartments are individually metered which means that water usage is charged.

The only embedded network is for Electricity which is embedded with WinConnect.
